The rolling tube radius should be contained the shutter slat thickness.
For example
The rolling tube radius: 30 mm
The shutter slat thickness: 5mm
The load: 40 Kg

Safety of attrition quotiety and friction: From 1.2 to 1.6 times,
Torgue=radius*load/100*Safety-factor
? Nm =(30mm+5mm)*40kg/100*1.6=22.4N.m
